SUMMER CAMPS
ACES summer camp is designed to introduce students to the sport. The 4-day camp will introduce aspects of the game and touch on basic skills. We focus on fundamentals to establish a foundation and begin to develop a passion for volleyball.
Tuesday summer 2024 Volleyball School
5th - 6th grade
(beginners - novice)
This is for players who want to develop a volleyball skill set and begin to establish a foundation and understanding. Players will be introduced to "all aspects of the game." Emphasis will be placed on technique and mechanics.

Middle School Summer volleyball training is intended for players who want to play middle school volleyball. Focus will be placed on the overhand serve, importance of anticipation, teamwork and learning the game. To establish a solid foundation, emphasis will be placed on proper technique and mechanics .

SPRING 2024
Tuesday spring 2024 Volleyball School
Tuesday volleyball school introduces and teaches skills. 2-3 skills tend to be covered as well as regular conditioning and agility to help their development. Students will work in small groups with a coach with other like skilled players.

We will cover 1-2 skills. They will have a lot of reps with skills on Wednesday. Mechanics and techniques will be scrutinized during Wednesday's training. Individuals in Wednesday Skills should demonstrate an "intermediate" skill level. This program is meant to be fast paced.
Session 1 will prepare 5th grade - High School participants for the Recreation League starting March 20 and ending May 8.
Boys and 2nd - 4th grade girls will build their skills for continued training in Session 2 (March 20 - May 8).
