ACES Volleyball School develops well-rounded athletes by building on individual skills beginning with basics, fundamentals, technique and strength and conditioning.
Athletes will be evaluated and will have the opportunity to implement skills during ACES Volleyball School scrimmages. In order for coaches to provide individual attention, coach athlete ratio will be maintained.

TUESDAY volleyball school
Tuesday volleyball school introduces and teaches skills. 2-3 skills tend to be covered as well as regular conditioning and agility to help their development. Students will work in small groups with a coach with other like skilled players. This program is on going and appropriate for beginners.

Wednesday Volleyball skills
Session 1 and 2 will cover 1-2 skills. Participants will have a lot of reps with skills on Wednesday. Mechanics and techniques will be scrutinized during Wednesday's training.
Individuals in Wednesday Skills should demonstrate an "intermediate" skill level.
This program is meant to be fast paced. Session 1 will prepare participates for Session 2.
Recreation League is to begin playing and learning defense and offense play.

This league is not for beginners. Participants should be capable of serving overhand, instinctually move to the ball during serve receive, communicate confidently during play and desire to improve overall game play and understanding of the game.

This is 4v4 volleyball that puts a spin on "queen of the court." Teams will play on two courts for a set time limit. Winners move up, losers go down.
This is an opportunity to play fast paced volleyball with like-skilled players.
